Difficulty fueling

With the capless filler it doesn't create a decent seal causing me to always have to hold the nozzle tight to prevent shutoff. Common?

I have the capless on my Boss, and really have no issues. Some nozzles are more difficult than others at times.

In CA, many stations have overused nozzles that aren't maintained/replaced. It's bad enough with normal gas caps, but worse with the capless filler, about 70% of the time I need to hold the nozzle and even when I remove the nozzle, a lot more drops of gas seems to hit the fuel door/gas cap area.

I agree. When out of state have I never had a issue. Only in CA gas stations with the new type nozzles that are supposed to catch gas vapors.

No problems with my GT350. I did have a Ranger years ago that needed the gas tank switched out due to a faulty vent...I couldn't pump more than 5 seconds or so without the pump clicking off.

Same thing I noticed. I have issues with the newer nozzles as well. No issue with older and worn nozzles.

Fueling

I purchased my 350 in Las Vegas, on the trip home to Oregon I had a hell of a time fueling in California. Since I've made it home no issues ????

Texas had those vapor recovery things a few years ago. On certain cars I did have issues at times. Texas no longer has them though and no issues as I stated above.
