Hmm. that might actually work Lol
I wasn't joking. It actually does. It's what I use to get off wax, etc. Just rub it until it's gone then you just brush off the little eraser flakes.

Actually the eraser flakes are a bear to get off but I understand peanut butter can take care of those.

j/k.

This actually helped removed a lot of those little white flakes! Thanks! The faded scuff spot was still there, but the trim restorer hides it really well.

I saw a few videos about using a heat gun to sort of "melt" the plastic and bring the texture/color back, so I might try that too, but knowing my luck I'll ruin it even more  I kind of want to try the brush trick, too, but again, I don't want to scratch the hell out of the plastic.

Looks good Chef! Did you decide not to wrap the antennae?

Yes, I've never seen it done, still deciding if I like it.

Don't ask how, I was a dumbass with a torque wrench today with my strut tower brace...:frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:

I can't fix this. There's just no way to fix this. I haven't hated myself in a long while until this. :(

Good news is it's replaceable. We all make mistakes!

I can't find a part # for this though. It's something that seems to be pressed or riveted in or something along those lines from the wheel well...I'd have to drill this one out, and put a screw/bolt with matching threads in and I wouldn't even know what to torque it to because something like this isn't supposed to be screwed together. :(
