wheels look good...if they make a 10inch wide wheel from factory.. be curious of potential of the new engine design
They won't. The CAFE standards won't comply with that wide rim which will take equally wide rubber to accommodate

Just noticed...look at the spoiler/wheels here on the white. '18 with current gen black package wheels/spoiler.

This might be the new PP1 on the White and here on the red we're seeing maybe the spoiler from PP2?

Looks great in white.

Looks great in red but needs the black roof.

Do you have a split of auto to manual? Like to see that but it's not irrelevant due to the #s and time's its going to put down. Add in the world market and autos are just where everything is going. They are hands down better/faster then manuals now.

Regarding the stock exhaust, with how many Mustangs have been sold, I highly doubt more then 30% modded their exhaust. This now gives the best of both worlds. I also wouldn't use the forums as the metric. Most don't modify their cars ever...even these cars.

I mean the looks are 90% the same. I can guarantee you from the side or back no average buyer would even notice the difference. From the front sure there is a meaner look but look at the split screen video and even when they do that, the differences are not that stark other then the lower grill.

The new stance will be great improvement over the current model.
I work in automotive manufacturing and do product development so I'm privy to these numbers. You're talking some 40% of GT's are manuals. However, that's not taking into consideration how many PP cars vs non were sold, how many non PP manual vs auto's were sold, etc. I imagine that would be much better metrics to judge buy.

I really see the new car as the 13-14 versus (current gen) 11-12 5.0's. The 13-14's had a change in suspension, brakes, interior, electronics, looks etc. In the end I think when you talk 2015-2019 MY's the used market will align and be pretty close in price like 11-14's are now. Upgrades or not, it will come down to preference and what matters most to you.

I just know for me aside from the magneride, being the front end is "meh" to me I am not interested in upgrading.

Would like to see new lower turn/fog bar improved by @DiodeDynamics. I don't like the individual banks of LEDs there...would rather see a nice single line light bar there.
They might be sequential

True BUT considering the PP was never offered in the auto, it's kinda a bad comparison. What you'll see now is a true apples to apples comparison since it's offered in both auto/manual.

And yes you are right...it's totally preference...for me the stuff that was revealed was what I was waiting for...nice set of plateaus for years to come (transmission, gauges, design, etc).

Not sure. But found this on Ford.com
Didn't see those...hot damn those are nice!

Don't you mean revised engine? Or is it not using the Coyote anymore?
It's still a Coyote but it's a new version. DI with port injection, increased compression, and whatever other voodoo is going on is not exactly trivial.

Zigged when they should have zagged on both of these? 15/18 headlight switcheroo!

I actually like both of these a lot better than their originals, keeps the same character across the front instead of trying to blend 2 different styles.

That being said, '18 GT Auto Premium PP in Kona Blue will be in my drive.

Much better switching the front ends, that's what they should have done. Seeing high res pictures makes me feel a little better about it, but I'm still not completely sold on it like I was when the S550 first came out. I'm glad I got a 17.

Not sure. But found this on Ford.com
Okay then.

I still prefer the BBS style wheels (which appear to be sticking around, at least in their black form), but if these are optional with the GT PP, I'd definitely consider them.

Think you can still opt for the spoiler delete with PP?
Not sure if anyone answered you (I went through the entire thread, but didn't see it. Maybe I overlooked it.)

According to the file names in this thread, the Magnetic shot is of a Performance Pack '18, and there is no spoiler, so hopefully that's a good sign. :D

So, sounds like you can option to get the fog lights? If so, are they integrated into the inner part of the turn signal?
