Having studied the film, a faster horse and all the line drawings and I just find it hard to believe Ford went this way. 1, 4th yr for the PP black wheels? 2. Adding that style spoiler? 3. No fogs round or otherwise. Just a mess imo!

I really want this to be fake! Anybody think it is, 1st post of a new user seems odd to me. With all the fake news talk these days.

If real - awful execution, looks half assed(done during a lunch break), droopy squished front. Who signed off on this mess!!
I'm with you. Or this is just a sick marketing gig by Ford.

Hopefully...

If I don't get the chance to have a '17 I'm gonna cancel my order.

Not sure what all the hoopla is about...it's not that different.
such a minor change people act like released the fox body again
Agreed. If you put them over top one another, the changes to the front in terms of dimensions, etc are not that drastic. Lower hood line, vents moved in, wider lights, wider grill, etc...but the overall dimensions barely changed.

I think when we see a non ACC lower grill and it's replaced with the hexagon grill it will look better. The current one looks horrible with the ACC grill.

11 AM tomorrow

TWhen the 2015 was first shown as in the red mustang above, the proportions did not look right, it seemed as if the car was distorted drastically. Anyhow, I didn't like the way the 2015 look at all. Then I saw this baby in Deep Impact Blue and that's when I felt in love with the 2015. I think the video that was revealed uses a weird lens that distorts the look of the car for the worst. Even then, I think I like the 2015 front end better. Perhaps it's time to upgrade my 2011 5.0 in black and jump into a 2015 in Deep Impact blue :ford:

Still looks about a Zillion times better than the weak looking yellow thing I just saw, I threw up in my mouth a little

And yet, at least from sources on here, those at the reveal thought it looked amazing in person.

Looks good to me and I think it's going to look even better in red/silver/black once we see the reveal. Yellow is just a bad color.

The new front end reminds me a lot of the droopy (and very unattractive) E63 BMW 6 series.

The only reason I can think of for Ford releasing this facelift is to help Chevrolet sell more Camaros.

Everyone has there opinion but they just took any of the character out of the s550. I don't know anyone can positively describe the true Mustang character, but this isn't it. As in several post, all others are making their front ends look rough and tough like a school yard bully, the lack of splitter and lower grill, the smaller lights,,, it looks like Mustang just got a wedge from the bullies!!! :frusty:
Just my opinion of course!
