You guys are running shorter tires than the OP. Same brand tire, I'm seeing about an inch difference in overall diameter. Problem could be that your tire is too tall?
285/35/19 is a common setup I do for a lot of setups upfront no issues, so this is something to do with the suspension installation and or fender liner IMO.

Suspension is ok as the alignment shows. I'll have another look at the liner

Drivers side isn't as bad. Passanger side is much worse. Maybe the wheels somehow have the wrong offset.

Ill do that this weekend.
I wonder if people even know if it rubs on theirs or not. I had no idea until I changed my oil and just looked around more than usual.

Well i mean i did help with the fitment of these wheels plus the 6gr wheels so i kow they work fine without issues.

Ive done alot of inhouse setups with the same setup and clearance checks so they checked out.

But maybe there is something more unique to your application.

Could it just have rubbed once? Since you never heard it and are only just seeing it. Maybe a crazy left turn with all the weight transferring to the passenger side of the car.

Possible but that would be a hell of a turn and dip.

Yup looks like something must be off... the M350 from day 1 has been made in a 19x10 40et right out of the box, many and I mean countless of sets sold and many from the Mustang6g community is a flawless fit.

Very possible.
I will paint it to see if new damage comes.
