Contiforcecontact reviews ?

Thanks to another member here, myself and several other members were able to get a set of continental contiforcecontact street/track tires for an awesome price. This thread is for reviews from anyone who have used them on track on theIr 350 or any other car. Not really concerned about how they perform on the street. I'll be mounting mine this weekend and running them at NJMP thunderbolt on 10/24 and will report back. Just trying to get some feedback on how they will perform and what to expect. Thanks.

My cousin loves these tires on his Porsche. I wish they made a size that made sense for the GT PP wheels. Like a 255/35 and 275/35 or 265/35 and 285/35.

I believe it's a Turbo S but we just talked cars when I was going to do my first HPDE and I haven't seen him or the car... I don't know the year. He said he uses different wheels on track, so may not be traditional size.

Who with? I couldn't find any groups that are doing Daytona in December, The latest dates I have seen was for October and nothing until January.

Audi Club of Ohio. Those guys are great and I've worked the event with them for the past several years. Hooked on Driving has piggybacked on the event in previous years too. Unfortunately I have to forego the trip this year for a Laguna Seca trip instead in November. Not a bad alternative.

I'd much rather go.to laguna than Daytona if I could only choose 1

I should have bought an extra set when I had the chance, they're gone now. I've never been to NJMP before so I'll be learning a new track and new tires, but I'll still be hauling ass! Lol. It's my first time driving solo and the format is open lapping, so I'll definitely get some good time in.

Seriously though... these are very good tires for the track. Close to Cup2 grip but the drawback is it will wear out faster.

I'm definitely feeling stupid for not buying 2-3 sets, when I called to order a 2nd set, they only had 1 305 left lol. [MENTION=6571]Bossing[/MENTION], what sizes did you buy? I went with 305 front 325 rear.

After they were officially gone, I got another set and an extra 2 rear tires. They may still have more. I gave [MENTION=6571]Bossing[/MENTION] a lead on this a bit ago and all the info. I believe it was a different stock number or something. 2011 production tires

Geesh, your garage looks like mine with all those tires in there. The wife is asking "what the hell you gonna do with all those damn tires".... and then I just smile
