I thought I missed out on a rare opportunity to get a 2017 GT350 avalance gray when I contemplated last night and someone came and took it from the dealership early this morning. Well, I finally found the exact same deal (same color, options, and price) in Kansas City.

I don't want to drive 12h 30m back home in a brand new damn car, but at the same time I don't want to miss out on this opportunity yet again. Does anyone know of any reliable shipping services that I could probably use? I've also read some posts of people taking delivery with scratches and other issues with the car, so I definitely don't want that to be the case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is exciting and I can't wait to put down my deposit tomorrow.

Intercity. Shipped my R. As professional as they come. Guy told me they had some million dollar barn find in the same truck as my car. Good piece of mind.

I do auto shipping, don't let the brokers rip you off. You can get enclosed for $1-$1.50 a mile. PM me if you have any questions. And by all means avoid UShip!!!!

I've heard good about Intercity. I had a vintage Pro Stock shipped on Horseless Carriage with good results also.

This may be decent for shorter trips, but a bit pricey for cross country. I was quoted $1750 for a 2200 mile load through intercity and a few hundred less than that through a broker I know.

Also, using services from like Intercity, if there's an issue like a scratch or something on the car, who would you deal with for that?

Another vote for Intercity. Shipped my car from East coast to West coast, couldn't have gone any smoother. They will note any issues upon receipt of car. Other than that, they have insurance for your car while it's in their care. Extremely professional people.

If you're a 6speedonline or rennlist forum member, they will give you a discount.

I agree but its a rough idea. Was your quote for open shipping? The more miles the cheaper price. Out of the $1750 you paid the actual carrier was lucky to get .50 cents a mile generally its .30-.40 cents for those type of miles. That's why I don't do long distance.

I got lucky and I was able to secure the last spot on a truck from Dallas to San Diego. They gave me a good deal so that they could fill up the truck. One call and two days later my car was on its way.

That was for enclosed, open was <$1000. But it was also through a broker who was able to secure it as a final load right before it headed cross country.

I used reliable, Horseless Carriage and intercity, a couple times each and all where very good. The one time I tried and cheap out with a broker my Shelby GT convertible had $3500 in damage, thus, you get what you pay for.
