Conv GT weeks away

So I've only recently joined the forum after lots of reading, our Race Red conv GT has just docked in Zeebrugge Clearly should have ordered the fastback but in truth it's the better halfs car. We drove an Ecoboost in California last summer in yellow of course and loved it. My dealer has been silent since ordering so slightly petrified about telling them we are going to mod it. We'd welcome any advice on our journey to make our pony special, so far we've decided to.....

1. Add a Borla exhaust but where's best to order from?
2. Add some accent strips to the bonnet like the California special in black.
3. Add an oil separator but which one for a UK car?
4. Bonnet struts, I think the Steeda ones?
5. Interior led lights.
6. We'd love a spoiler but can't seem to locate something suitable for the convertible, any advice?
7. Get the paintwork done with GTechniq.
8. Can't decide about the lights, maybe change to red.
Dealer is in Reading any members used someone in that area to do mods?

3. Misimoto is one of the better ones, plenty out there, ford racing also do a good un.

7. Yep, Crystal Cerum being one of the best - [MENTION=8914]Big_G[/MENTION] is their biggest advocate, also had [MENTION=17540]NornIron91[/MENTION] do it to his RR
8. Lights to Red, assume you mean tail lights - This is Oracle tint film, in red, however, can use most companies red tinting. If you mean interior lights, that's stock option to change lights (Lots of diff colours).

Dealers for mods... well... sure I guess, most of these look do-able by yourself, but if you want to pay your dealer to do it, be my guest haha!

Yes I meant rear lights, do you know anyone who has fitted the Borla EC approved cat back? Worried it maybe too quiet but of course will pass everything.

No, but it wont be 'too quiet' unless ur going tracking the car, doubt the EC approved exhaust is much of an issue, MOT testers rarely apparently test the exhaust note of a car.

If you are thinking about getting GTechniq applied to your car it's best to get it asap, mine went straight from the dealer to the detailer. Also I would tell the dealer not to wash the car and to leave all the protective coverings on it.

Has anyone fitted the misimoto catch can to a UK car? Just looked at the vid and looks great but I read somewhere that US cars are fitted on the opposite side so I wonder if there kit works?

I've fitted one, before the kit was available for the GT.
I just bought the can and bracket and made my own hoses.
All catch cans apart from the ecoboost, plumb into on the left hand side so not sure what you mean.

Whichever one you pick, check that it will fit the convertible. There is extra bracing under the rear that can get in the way.

Whichever one you pick, check that it will fit the convertible. There is extra bracing under the rear that can get in the way.

big worm graphics and your local wrap company are good bets too, Local wraps you can have fully custom, whatever shapes and sizes you want, big worm is all mustang specific ones, so your call
