Injector upgrade on stock 5.0 ??

First, I apologize if this has been discussed, I did a quick search but couldn't find my answer. A friend of a friend was telling me, his friend, who has a 2016 gt, upgraded his stock injectors ( what size, I don't know ) with a couple other minor upgrades, is pulling 427hp at the rear wheels? I do know the car has the MBRP race exhaust, a local custom tune and some Steeda suspension upgrades, ( I realize the suspension upgrades do nothing for HP, just including the upgrade ). I questioned my friend on the injector upgrade adding that much HP, his answer... "Ya, it's the same as upgrading from a stock 2 barrel carb to a 4 barrel Holly carb!" So my question is, upgrading my stock injectors will do that? If so what size? And would I need a special tune?
My current set up is, Steeda 93 tune with Steeda CAI, MBRP race exhaust , and the PedalMax module.

You won't make more power with those injectors unless you're maxing out the stock ones, which you won't be until you get an intake manifold and e85.

I have stock injectors , no need to change them

You will gain absolutely nothing but a lighter wallet by upgrading your injectors with the mods you have. It will only use as much fuel as it needs to run proper air/fuel ratio, which is nowhere near max for your injectors yet unless as said e85 with different intake, or forced induction.
