Are there certain parameters that I would need to pass on to my tuner for them to be able to tune for an upgraded WG?
I would think that one datalog with the WGDC zero'd out first to determine what spring pressure and preload is set at and go from there.

All you have to do is unplug your boost solenoid, this defaults to spring pressure, take a log, and see where its at.

Yes the turbo really shows how restrictive the factory turbo is by how much louder the exhaust note gets. I had cat less, and MBRP steet, and it was too loud for me. The resonator not only get rid of drone, it completely changes the exhaust note, and makes it sound awesome. I love it with the resonator on it!
Which resonator did you say you recommended? I know you posted about it but I can't find it. I'm going to see if the local exhaust shop can incorporate it into my magnaflow comp catback. I HAVE to do something.

Figured I would make a video to dispel the claims that this actuator has issues, or it too loosely sprung. These crack at 15 psi, and are at full stroke by about 25 psi. Exactly as designed, with very smooth actuation, and no issues. Stocker as you can see cracks around 7-8 psi, and 12-13 psi is full extension. I misspoke at the end of the video, and said full extension at 10 psi, its 13. If you cannot hold boost with a VTT S2 turbos, you have a mechanical issue, or a boost leak plain, and simple. Thanks guys!

Just had the resonator installed and WOW! You were totally right. Local exhaust shop had a 18'' resonator in stock and said it was comparable to the vibrant ulta-quiet. It is exactly what I was looking for as far as the exhaust note! Thank you!

Putting a resonator on last year was one of the best decisions I have made for the car. It makes an incredible difference.

Any other video clips on the exhaust note other than the ones from Vargas? Resonated or non-resonated are fine :D

Going back to the subject of boost with just swapping the turbo and then datalogging, my last log before I got my first tune showed max boost pressure of 22.48. This was with the LiveLink Gen-II program and was a 2K to 6K WOT in 3rd gear (6MT) At that point I had the Unleashed 93/intercooler/downpipe tune.

Now that I just finished my exhaust, I plan on repeating that pull to first see what my max psi is at, and also to send to Torrie to see if there is some more room for tuning. There should be, but this car just pulls so well up top now. It's like it never wants to stop, which is so opposite of stock. It feels like a completely different car. I hope a revision will give me just a little more down low, but IMO the trade off is worth it.

No mine is pretty smooth so far. Actually had a better blow off than the stage 1 had.

I had an easy experience like you, bolted mine on and no issues but with lots more top end. My car ran about 4 mph average over my stock turbo at the track. I do love the top end, it is endless like you said. No problems with the Wastegate Actuator, and no Flutter either.
