Stripes Fitted at Dealer

Just in case any of the guys ordering cars from Inverness want stripes fitted, here are some that were fitted by the dealer. There is a local guy who can make any set of stripes to order and Macrae & Dick will fit them :coolphotos:

Look loads better than the factory ones
What's the cost? cheaper than factory I guess.

Dealer never told me the cost but it should be way cheaper than the factory one.

Most stripes at wrap companies never tend to break the 350 mark and that's including having pinstripes. Usually sit around the 250-300 mark. They're fairly cheap in reality, no clue why ford's are so expensive. Guess it's because they're OEM?

Stripes look nuts though, love the yellow ones stripe.

I think the ford ones are painted in some parts too aren't they? Still would rather some that can be removed late in life.

Only the roof is painted, the oem ford stripes are all stuck on, so can be removed if you fancy a different look

Interesting! Inverness told me under no circumstances would they undertake stripes fitting by external parties due to the potential for a F up...

Now I've got a whole new dilemma as I would like some rockers stripes as a minimum!

I need to give them a call about fitting some mods so will add this to my list - thanks for bringing it up!

Go to a graphics place after you got the car. They are professionals & can do whatever you want. They do it all the time for vans etc so know what they are doing & will work out far cheaper. My rocket stripes only cost me £40 - I told them what I wanted & provided the Mustang logo in the correct text & they designed & fitted within an hour

I really like the idea of stripes on my car but here's my dilemma

I have a Magnetic with Black roof

I don't like gloss black stripes (love Matt black)

But i can't put Matt stripes over a gloss roof and if I put just Matt on the front and back will it look daft with the gloss black roof ?

Who says you can't do that? There is a guy on the US bit that does lots of Photoshop for people. See if he can do it for you

CO pinstripe? Run the matte stripes over with pinstripes either side? Put some CO pinstripes around the edge of splitter/diffuser/side skirts and you're good :lol:
