Just wanted to check and see if any vendors had plans for doing knock-offs of the premium wheels (dark stainless). I had the premium wheels on my 14 and loved em (except the fact that they're 19x8.5). As soon as I bought aftermarket wheels, someone started selling 19x10 knock-offs of the factory wheels I loved from the beginning .....

I know as soon as I buy aftermarket these will be made in 19x10's.... I wanna keep this car as stock looking as possible, but at the same time I want traction.... needs a 305 out back....

Oh ok. I thought you were looking for the PP i'm sorry. But they have those on there also. on the site put in the year, make model of the car and all the OEM wheels come up .. you can choose 18, 19 ... 9", 9.5", 10" ... play around with it and see if you find what you want but I'm pretty sure I saw them on there.

actually at the top select 'factory wheels', then click the 'ford' icon and go from there.

My sentiments exactly, l really love the dark stainless on my Ruby but the 8.5" width and 255 tire just isn't cutting it for traction. Keeping the car going straight ahead instead of sideways can often be challenging.:D

I'm am looking for a pair of dark stainless to widen... If anyone want to split a set with me we can do this. Weldcraft can widen as much as you want. I'm going at least 11" for myself

If you widen thru Weldcraft you will add offset equal to half the amount you widen.

How do you plan to compensate? 8.5" to 11'' is 63.5mm so +31.75 additional offset. What is your plan?

I ask because it does seem like a really decent way to get the aftermarket performance stance and preserving the stock appearance.

I am using a 1 inch spacer to push my wheel out. All the extra that I add will be inside there is plenty of room

So you are only doing the rear wheels then?
