Well thank you Ford Head Office for putting the pressure on, my dealer even rang and said they'd been contacted by them so he went outside and realised my car was still parked where i'd left it almost 2 weeks ago, if they hadn't contacted them my car might have just sat there for months and know one would have known a thing about it.
