Just catching up with this thread as I have been busy and not on here much. Its the bit about the techs not being in on Saturday that took me from irritated to F'kin angry. Pick the car up and get it to a dealer that cares....or

email Andy Barratt. He is as high as you can get at Ford and will almost certainly get involved.

They have techs in on Saturday but not the Mustang tech, they won't let anyone else touch the thing, all I wanted was a tech guy just to hear the difference between the two cars, you don't have to be an expert to do that, after all it's my car and if i'm happy with that then what's the issue, it pisses me off that people on this forum would go out of their way to drive miles down here to try and help Ford speed this up but still they aren't interested.

Record the sounds of two different ones, infact, if everyone videos their cars that AREN'T making the sounds, it'll shut the 'Mustang tech' up...

I'm not sure if it's the same for every dealership but for the ones I know of the techs work Mon-Fri and then they work every other Sat.

Any tech will do, he only has to say yes this one is making a sound and this one isn't, as long as they can hear and aren't hard of hearing anyone could do it, it's just more stalling.
