Seems to be the best of the bunch from that mega thread.

I like the designs that hide the cross hairs.

You can Stubai...they just have to be a certain size (800 × 384)......there is a huge thread on the main forum in the pics sub forum....it was easier to use one that was already the correct size and made the crosshairs in the screen look a bit less obvious...plus made the four sections be a bit more distinct...

Tried to find the thread you mention Bob but no luck. I found a few other smaller threads that talk about wallpaper but not the huge one.

Yep....it takes about thirty seconds..even if your usb stick has a heap of files on it, it just brings up the ones that have the correct size requirements.
