I know one thing . If I was working for Ford and engineering the new Gt350 last year, I'd definately applied some forced induction to the voodoo in stock form just to make sure that no one in a base supercharged Gt could spank a $55,000 to $65,000 car.
gt350 is a road course car... it really doesn't apply to drag racing...only thing that can spank it on a road course that's a mustang is probably an rs3 on the straightaways which is the same money as a gt350. maybe... just can't believe noone has made a comparison video yet. rs3 may not have magnaride but the roush coilovers are pretty damn amazing themselves.

I'll take the 350, please. And my usual myriad of lovely, twisty mountain roads instead of a drag strip.

Oh, and that launch was horrible. IDK why anyone is drag racing a 350 but at least know how to launch.

Is there a race track (not a drag strip) somewhere in northern IL or southern WI to take a car to for a couple of laps?

The GT350

Glad you guys liked the sound of the GT350 in the video, yes it sounds great. But it sounds so awesome just driving this car, It's hard to explain this Flat Plane Crankshaft 5.2 motor.
There are now more GT350 hiting the road so before long you will run across one, to hear this monster.

I traded my GT premium, that I had 14 months, and yes I loved this car, but my opinion the GT350 is the best Mustang ever made, the MagneRide Damping System is so nice on this 350. I'm so glad that I was offered one! Thanks :ford:  John

omg seeing that intercooler behind roush fascia... i need a blower..........

both amazing but the gopro footage of the gt350 sounds like crap...not only is it muffled because of the backdoor on the gopro case but sound is clipping which makes it sound terrible.

I still wanna see rs3 vs gt350 on a road course.
GT350 would clean up.

As has been said before, not a surprise at all. Two different cars for different purposes. GT350 would lose to a Hellcat in a straight line too, but would clean it up on a track...

Injection is nice but I'd rather be blown. ;)

Not so sure about that
Me neither. The coilovers with a combination of Steeda and BMR stuff make quite a difference. Car handles in an exceptional manner now, tires are the same, and I've got a 200+ HP advantage. The R is considerably faster on a road course than a standard 350 but I'm thinking I could stay even in the corners, on the straights...bye bye.

Thats a pretty stout mod list you have. I'm always curious how a modded to the hilt muscle car would hang with a super car. I did a SRT-4 once in a similar fashion and it had no problem running with 911 turbos of that erea.

Sure its comparable. The gtpp vs the gt350. I bought the Perfpack gt for the drive not the drag. Are you saying with a supercharger and suspension mods im not going to walk the gt350. Look at the 2014 mustang model year. No 2014 supercharged gt is beating a gt500 of same year. With the kinda money involved Ford could have took the voodoo to a higher level with force induction.
