I was looking for a video or guide to do it as well but I just ended up going for it this past weekend. Was really easy to install. Hardest part was removing the stock quick disconnect fitting. Just had to heat it up a lot and then pull like crazy.

Also, this might help you a little. I think UPR is supposed to send you these instructions with the can but they sent me a diagram of the F150 engine instead lol.

I just used a nice to cut the hose off the stock fitting. Be careful not to cut the small o ring underneath if you do it that way.. The part that should have been the easiest was the hardest. I had a hard time getting the catch can to fit in the space they wanted too. I guess I wasn't too good at shapes when I was a kid.

Lol it's not just you. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to fit the can in there too :headbonk:

Thank you for the diagram:thumbsup:...hopefully, it's straight forward as I'm not good at these sort of things lol.

A ticking time bomb ;)
Its a pain in the ass emptying the CSCC because of how tight the space is, after 1k miles the DVCC had a good amount of oil caught the CSCC had zero! I can only assume the DVCC is doing it's job since the "clean" side is staying "clean" right?

I will post some pics over the weekend after getting my CSCC installed and the new location I am putting it in to help getting it out for emptying easier.

Hopefully this is the solution to prevent the dreaded "ecoboom!"

You can loosen those 2 little allen screws on top and rotate the can to fit as needed.

Edit: Nvm, you edited your post so I'm guessing you figured it out.

Why am I having a hard time locating the tube that connects the clean and dirty side of the oil pan? I've literally changed out every single part on my car so far and have had no issues, but for some reason can't seem to locate where to do the first step of the dvcc catch can installation. I've even watched videos lol

Yeah it's definitely tricky to reach those connections without removing the intake manifold, specifically the dirty side. You should be able to locate the clean side pretty easily, it's right on the backside of the throttle body. One thing you can do is try locating the clean side first, then shine a flashlight in there and try to follow the hose towards the back of the engine. That will at least give you an idea of where you have to reach to grab the dirty side.

You can see where it connects to the PCV on the block while underneath the car. The easiest way to do it though is to remove the IM. It opens everything up and makes the job much simpler.

I ended up just loosening the manifold to get that damn tube off. A few questions for you guys:

1. Did any of ya'll have a problem with the bolt for the OEM ground stripping out when tightening it back down with the catch can in place? I didn't even get it all the way down and tight before it started stripping out. I removed the catch can and the ground and tried to tighten it with same result. Do you think I should go get a longer bolt?

2. Did any of ya'll replace the upr catch valve with the boomba 1/2" catch valve? I noticed the upr catch valve fit tight in those hoses, yet the boomba catch valve seems fairly loose. Still stays in place, but fairly easy to pull the hoses off.

Get some worm gear clamps or else when you get in boost it's probably gonna blow the hose apart at the check valve.
