YepIf I have mishimoto CAI and IC can I use their ots stage 2 tune?
Thanks
I had the stage 3 tune with all different parts and it worked fine, but the best way to go to get dialed in is Adam at tune plus, it's a night and day difference and any OTS tune your running you are loosing HP and TQ no matter whatIts not recommended because the parameters are different? And if I add them without tune, will they decrease any hp or torque? Thanks.

That is probably the best way to go. Generic OTS tunes cant even compare to a tune that is manually built for your car.I don't have an auto which would avoid that issue, but I just loaded it and ran 3 pulls. The stage 1 tune gives more peak boost (23lbs this morning) where I couldn't get the car to get over 21 with the stage 2 tune just now. I know there are a lot of factors that the car reads that affect peak boost, but the tune seems to lag a little bit more on the bottom end and pull stronger in the last 3k rpm to redline.
Still feels like a rough tune, from down low boost builds in block steps vs a linear build. Probably due to the stock WGA too. Tune+ and WGA are next on deck lol
My OTS stage 1 does this now, its actually a real pain especially living in NY. I was wondering if this was normal for the OTS stage 1 tune.Although it is not recommended, I have ran the stage 2 tune with no real issues. Only thing I noticed, that really pushed me away from running the tune was the awkward 1st gear shift points. Instead of shifting at 1500-1800k, it wants to shift at 2500-2700k which is a real pain in the butt when driving in traffic or even just around the town, .
Yeah, it is extremely frustrating, because I just shifts so hard. I haven't seen anyone up until now that has had this problem, its reassuring to know that I'm not the only one. although i'm sure its nothing that a custom tune cant fixed. Just seems kind of off that Cobb would make an OTS tune that performs like this. hopefully an update will come in the future for those who still plan on running their tunes. My OTS stage 1 does this now, its actually a real pain especially living in NY. Yea this was the first thing I noticed as soon as I uploaded the tune. For a second I thought the car was in manual paddle shift mode, but then I realized it shifted on its own, but very late. I'm wondering if anyone else besides us have this issue, or is it common among the OTS stage 1 users.Yeah, it is extremely frustrating, because I just shifts so hard.
