what pulley should i get if i have access to 101 octane? and is there a tune revision everytime i switch to 91 oct to 101 oct... i literally have a gas station who serves 101 oct is that similar to MS109???

93 octane fuel has 88 Motor Octane rating. Motor octane is the true ability of the fuel to resist knock. Always use it when rating a fuel's anti-knock capability, never use research octane.
With that in mind, for every 1 point increase in motor octane, you can add 1 PSI of boost with no change to timing/AF OR 1 degree of timing with no change in boost/AF.
With MS109, it has a 101 motor octane. That's 13 more octane points; therefore, you could run 13 psi more boost with timing/AF untouched and avoid knock.
As for timing advance, 25 degrees is about the most timing that will make power with the Coyote heads (or even earlier model 4V heads).
To answer the question above, VP 101 octane has the following properties:
SPECIFICATIONS:
Specific Gravity: .713 @ 60°F
Color: Orange
Motor Octane: 97
R+M/2: 101
RON: 105
RVP: 6.5
Oxygenated: Yes
Oxidation Stability (min.) 1440+

No you don't have to change cals each time just run it. You can run a 3.375" with this pure.
