Tomorrow Morning

Today around 5:30 I received this email from the sales manager at the Ford dealership I ordered from:

Hello Joel, the ride is here and I must say I am impressed. This is really a neat car. I was out when the truck arrived and did not get the pics of it unloading. It is out of make ready, and has had the state inspection. It currently has 2 miles on it. We have not driven it except into and out of the service department. It has stayed inside. I left all the stickers etc.
on it just as it came. When we finish the papers I will fill it with fuel, but let you drive it to the station. Would tomorrow work for this? We need to look at our trade in, and then I can finish a sales sheet to send to your bank. I am not sure how long the banking end of this will take, but it should all get done tomorrow. Let me know your wishes. We will be in at
8;00 a m.


So needless to day I'll be there bright and early in the morning to take possesion! He included these pictures.

I had talked to him about how I wanted it handled previously. So that explains some of it. But when I called him back after getting the email he told me that he's been selling Fords for a long time and he hardly notices the cars that come through anymore. But as soon as he saw the GT350 he knew it was a very special car. He told everyone the car was NOT to be driven! He's a "car guy" and gets how special this car is. I've also told him that this is the very first car I've ever ordered new and he understands how special that is to me.

Now as long as they don't try to screw me on my trade we'll be good to go!

Congratulations - I'm hoping to get a similar call from my dealer tomorrow. My delivery list is very similar to yours, and I'll be taking a couple of dozen "thank you" donuts to the prep guy in the morning.

No, a 5k ADM. I tried and finally gave in once the first driving review videos started hitting the internet!!! Ordered November 4th.
