Zebrugge is customs clearance, southampton is security clearance if i'm not mistaken... How you'll have to wait 3 weeks with your car at southampton I will personally, never know (well, not until my dealer tries that on me). Might be something like the dealer has cars on another boat so will move them all up in batch rather than individually.
Regardless, not long now just a tiny but of frustration left!

We're still in the EU... For now ;).

Update; Just been pinged an email by Karen, they've asked for my car to be put onto the WWL Tysla leaving 4th March. Those who had their cars built slightly before me (mid jan builds) have a check of the WWL site, you maybe booked onto Tysla as they're currently in the process of booking the cars onto that ship.

In short, nothing confirmed for mine just yet, but expecting to be on the Tysla (happy days !)

Just a heads up, when the dealer told me my car is now in Southhampton, I asked if I will be getting my car before mid March (the date I was told to expect my car). He said it would still be on for mid March.

Can take a couple of weeks getting through customs at Southhampton, before getting on transport to dealership (which itself can take time).

Also just to add i contacted my dealer to let them know my car has been at Southhampton since the 22nd Feb, this was the email below:( the excuses are coming in already, and my response was 'Clearly i have been waiting a year for this bloody car so pull your finger out.

" Yes this is correct. I will let you know when it’s here and has been prepared. Just to be completely clear we need time to prep the vehicle and bring it on site. It won’t be a long drawn out process but we aim to get them to you as soon as we physically can. March is incredibly busy for us so we need to book it through a bus department for its pre delivery inspection."

For some reason no one at ford is getting back to me, I'm really confused as Karen said my build was 23rd of Feb, but I have had no news since early Feb and no VIN,

Have you emailed [email protected] Karen works until 2:30 most days, but Stacey picks up when Karen is out, the email address is manned, i've been getting responces from Karen all morning regarding my car?

if you haven't emailed just type up a new email with your order number in and just politley ask for your VIN/update on your car, they're usually pretty good, but imagine a lot of emails come through to there, i've sometime shad to wait 3/4 days for a response - but they do come back!

Must be Vospers - mine is from there too. Just been built on Feb 16 so have not contacted dealers yet (or had contact from them since My test drive in December). Will be interesting to hear your delivery experience.
