Hi guys, I wanted to share my experience with having the first car tuned by Adam.
Long story short, I got the COBB Accessport back in November and dumped by ECU ROM to COBB so they can work on EU cars support. This took a while, but as you know, a few days ago they finally released the EU MT cars support. I do not want to comment too much on the COBB preloaded tunes, as I only had them on my car for a day, but let me say that I was not impressed.
I was in touch with Adam for some time and he's been very helpful even before the COBB support was released. When it was, Adam apologized to me that it will take a while because the whole thing has to be done from scratch. And then he released the tune on the same day. Amazing.
As you probably know, Adam's responses to emails are lightning fast. He probably sleeps only on Sundays or there's like 25 guys named Adam replying to his emails and doing the tunes. I don't know, but due to the time difference, I logged my car every morning on my way to work and in the afternoon I had a new version of the tune.
Even the first tune made a difference. The car's power seemed suddenly increased in the low range. It felt raw and brutal. With each tune, the power was getting more refined. The brutality remained when you push it hard, but everything else was more and more polished. The torque was getting smoother and when I drove it easy it was a very gentle animal. When I pushed it hard down for the first time, I started laughing. The response is almost immediate, but not so that you can still enjoy the turbo power surge that I love. Except now it starts a lot lower and it never seems to stop. It took five versions and we were done.
There are no other words to describe it, sorry ladies, but it pulls like a motherfuc*er. It never wants to stop. Even in 5th gear, 4k rpm, pedal to the metal and you still feel it wanting to go. I know this is nothing, I have everything stock and there is so much more potential, but each and every pull now puts a big smile on my face, the car just loves to go! This is what is should have been from the beginning.

It's been only a few days since the final tune was uploaded, I will keep this thread updated with dyno results and long time experience like consumption and so. But I wanted to share what I feel now.

If anyone is concerned about my warranty, this was not done on my car. I found the car in the woods. It was given to me by a strange man dressed as a penguin wearing a funny hat. For all you Ford people care.
If any of you guys are considering purchasing a tune from Adam and this thread has been helpful to you, please mention my forum name "smidra" when ordering from Adam.
