Mine should be delivered tomorrow and I've ordered some stainless steel 8-32 flat head screws. I plan on drilling and countersinking the paddle extensions then attaching them with double-sided tape. Then I'll carefully drill and tap the plastic paddle and use a little loctite on the screws and screw them into the plastic. That should hold about as good as you can get. I'll post pics when I do it. I' think I can do it with the wheel attached. We'll see.

Yup. Markup.

One or 2 people tried to step up to make these about of plastic/carbon but after over a year (this thread started Oct 2014) no one has come through with a product.

So these are the only ones on the market.

It's a fair price (IMO) due to the fact the amount of engineering and manufacturing involved...Besides, it's only about equal to the price of a tank & a half of gas-->

Where do you buy gas? I can fill up at least 3 times. But still a good price if you can mount them and look clean.

Just called my shell station, $2.44 a gallon...So, guess it's closer to 3 Tanks--><--I'm guilty of not paying attention to the price when filling up!

Hey can I know which tape you used? The ones I had didn't stick well.
I don't have the package anymore, but it's 3M scotch indoor/outdoor mounting tape. It has a red plastic cover, and it's gray and spongy.

It's the same thing that most stick on car mounts use.
