The listings on Ford used cars (from dealers) are absolutely insane. I wouldn't read into the list price of a used car too much as they're going to move quite a bit on that price. The truth is that they're hoping you'll offer a fair price and they'll "meet you in the middle" for the sale. But if you do a good job at negotiating, you can get them for about what you actually expect them to go for.
I noticed the same when I went to a Ford dealership recently where they have used 2016 Fiesta STs going for $2k+ above MSRP (not even counting incentives and such you get on new cars)...
