I had an RS on order for 3 months then cancelled it for a Mustang. I haven't regretted my decision so far..........

I was reading this thread when I saw the PH article. Like you say the Mustang is very very popular in comparison to the RS on that particular thread.

I myself went to the Ford dealer with every intention of at least putting a deposit down for the RS but I changed my mind and I am not regretting that decision especially having seen an RS in the flesh next to a Mustang. The RS will be an absolute weapon on a B road, but it does not have the character of the old RS's or the presence of the Mustang.

Pretty much the same as me, I ordered the RS in May and then changed to the Mustang at the end of July.

Did the same, went to order an rs. The tripple yellow mustang that was going around the ford stores was there in the showroom.It was started up briefly, enough for me to forget about the rs.
