How are these wheels holding up? Also, why are the 19x9.5s lighter the the 19x8.5s? shouldn't it be the other way around?

Great looking rims!

These would these wheels fit on a Base 2015 GT as well? As far as offset / bolt pattern are concerned.

Thank you

Two questions.....

1. Anyone know why these wheels are so much cheaper than others? Is the load rating less or some other spec not as good?
2. Did someone actually take a measurement to make sure a 7mm-10mm spacer was going to be enough for the 9.5" wheel to fit in the front? Just asking because it looks like the hub stick out far and depending on how the cap is designed it might need more.

Not a Popular brand as say Vossen. Good specs and great wheel. Not sure on 9.5 up front but I think that would look bad since its concave rears and normal/flush fronts. I guess I'd have to see it.

As to your first question, I'm not sure exactly why the price is so good, but the price isn't so amazing that I think you have to worry about a catch. Probably just a company that's pricing their wheels aggressively, and they might not have paid for all the certifications, not sure. Since it's sold by the Tire Rack I'm sure the quality and load rating is fine. I Doubt you have anything to worry about.

How do you think these would sit in a 19x8.5 setup? Would they be too tucked in front in back? I'm looking for flush all around.

I don't think that would look good even if it worked. Concave rears make it look like a great set up. I do wish I could get a square set up though

Don't see why you would want to do that. The price difference is negligible and the 19x9.5's are actually lighter.

You definitely won't get flush all around with 19x8.5's on all 4 corners. These wheel are tucked in a little bit. Their offset is not that aggressive.

Generally speaking, Tire rack doesn't sell really aggressive offsets, as they want to ensure no one has any fitment or rubbing issues.

PS - Look back on page 4 of this thread at the pics where the guy swapped the 9.5's to the front. you can see the rears have the 8.5's. They are only tucked in a little but the flat face in the rear doesn't look good IMO.

Is the purchase of a TPMS kit and Triggering tool required for these if I get them installed at a local shop?

I've read that sometimes the factory TPMS sensors can be transferred over.

Thank you!

No.

As to the other questions.

My car puts over 700 to the wheels right now with zero issues.

As far as the offset. I had some 16mm spacers made for up front and it puts them right at the fender.

Go over to the Motorsport tech spacer group buy for details and pics.

I remember you saying you were getting the rears widened. Did you end up doing it ?

Was prepped to have wheels dropped shipped to them and have not heard back.

Multiple emails and phone calls.

Anyone running 19 fronts and 20 rears? The 19s look small in the back with the 275 tires.
