Cheap LED's for your interior/exterior conversion

looking at the JDM brand switchbacks on amazon, will I need a resistor of some kind to run those? Or are they simply plug and play?

it'll plug and play but your interior turn signal light will click faster. It'll appear totally normal on the outside

just purchased the 10 piece 194 led's and the reverse led from ebay. Any pics on the front or rear side markers? I'm assuming the rear side markers will just be a brighter red.

edit: I think I'm confused, there's two bulbs on each side up front, one being turn signal and one being side marker, correct? If that's the case why do they sell the switchbacks in a different bulb? I thought they were the same? Someone school me please lol

Theres two lights in your switchback housing. One of them always stays on and then theres the switchback light. I think its because the housing is too wide so they needed two LEDs in there

I just put in my reverse light. Took all of 30 seconds lol. I'll take pics tonight. It looks bright even in the day so it should look pretty dam bright at night.

The 2825 bulb is a very common bulb across the interior of our mustang.

I purchased the following 10pc LED's from Amazon for $12.99 shipped

This will work for your map lights (2), glove box (1), trunk (1) and the rear side markers (2) and front side markers (2).

Giving you 2 spares should you ever need them

The backup lamp LED is 3157 replacement

This is the one I use and it's super bright, it'll closely match DD $45 bulb and you get two of them

You can use these as switchbacks, essentially any 7444 LED bulb replacement with switchback option

I'd recommend wrapping some electrical tape around the bulb and the socket in case it isn't a tight fit

Someone else asked me this too. I think I'm just going to hold on to it in case the one I have goes out or has an issue. It's cheap, go for it!
