First Look at the 2019 Bullitt Mustang Engine

With any new vehicle launch Ford is usually careful to keep the proverbial lid on the engine bay when showcasing prototypes and pre-production models at various events.

That’s why Mustang6G member Jason (Stang Nut) was so fortunate to have been given access to snap some of the first photos of the 2019 Bullitt Mustang’s engine bay.

Captured at the 2018 Atlanta International Auto Show, this tooling trial prototype TT018 had its hood popped to show off the new Bullitt’s upgraded engine which incorporates the GT350 manifold and CAI for modest power gains of at least +15 horsepower over the 2018 Mustang GT’s 460 HP rating.

The engine is seen here without a cover and wearing a unique strut tower brace with an emblazoned Bullitt emblem on it.
