Airbox shouldn't make much difference on sound, his camera is right on top of the air filter, it's going to pickup more sound then in the vehicle.

What RPM are you leaving at and what RPM is the car shifting?

Don't break stall with the whipple tune it cuts power if you do that. Shifting at 7,400rpm's
