How are you checking the bypass valve properly. This is my first supercharger, trying to make sure I know all the ins and outs.Ok cool. So I take it that when you purchased it used you obtained the 72lb injectors for it? If the previous user was using the Whipple flare tool and tune as well, then you would have gotten the 72's with it I'm sure. Is it the 3.75 inch pulley? If you feel boost is low, or inconsistent, first thing I would look at is the bypass valve. Make sure it is opening and closing as it should, and that the diaphragm is in good shape. It is an easy check, that's why i'd look at that first.
