Ok cool. So I take it that when you purchased it used you obtained the 72lb injectors for it? If the previous user was using the Whipple flare tool and tune as well, then you would have gotten the 72's with it I'm sure. Is it the 3.75 inch pulley? If you feel boost is low, or inconsistent, first thing I would look at is the bypass valve. Make sure it is opening and closing as it should, and that the diaphragm is in good shape. It is an easy check, that's why i'd look at that first.
How are you checking the bypass valve properly. This is my first supercharger, trying to make sure I know all the ins and outs.

Watch it on a dyno, it closes at 2" of vacuum. Or test with a vacuum hand pump.

How did you adjust it to proper spec? We need some Whipple How-To's as stickies to cover all the bases lol.

I just adjusted it until it was completely closed and put a little preload on it. Mine was actually adjusted to the point where it was open a little

Do you just loosen the screw that hold the bypass assembly in place, push it in towards the body of the supercharger, then tighten down the screws again?

Ok, this is a log of my 100 octane tune. I only included the RPM, timing and boost; in that order. I am running a 3.5 pulley with this tune. 93oct tunes won't run this much timing lol.

What parameters do you log to measure the boost?
