Wheel Spacers

Hi everyone, please some advise on this.

Some facts around my decision making:
- slip ons are a must
- MACH 1 seem to need some special setup, magneride as well
- I don’t want to buy expensive fender lips, so that may limit how wide I should go
- i’m on this just for the looks
- I want quality stuff, risks are high if things fail at the wheels

What options should I evaluate? Brands, width, studs?

Thanks! These are my stock wheels, I’m not close to my car for a week to check actual specs…

It is a mix of wheel offset and alignment. I don't know the spect of these wheels, but you can visually eyeball how much you want to add.

This should give you some idea - up front, this is a stock PP1 wheel with 255 tire and -2.7 camber and 25mm spacers. With stock camber, the wheel would be sticking out.

My other set of wheels are 11" wheels with 305 tires, and those sit mostly flush without the need for any lips. But again, cambwr and wheel offset are key factors.

It's literally a chunk of metal so I wouldn't overthink spacers but OP Mustang's one are well done. Replace studs with ARP (with anything over 5mm you have to) and you'll be good to go.

I’ve got spacers from OP Mustang and also Apex Race Parts. Both are top-notch. No need to look elsewhere, IMO.

I’ve read that 12 mm don’t fit with the front hub and 8 mm with dust caps…
How long are the OEM studs?

Magride studs ares slightly longer than non-MR cars but I wouldn't use a thicker than 5mm spacer with original studs. 15mm spacer is out of question. Replace them with long ARP ones and open ended lug nuts.

What do you mean compatible ? 15 mm spacer has 15 mm of thickness. They will all be the same.

As an example Eibach states their 15 mm is not compatible with magnaride cars since studs are longer, while it doesn't make sense since one needs to replace studs anyways... OP Mustang states Mach 1 hub protrudes further.

Is Eibach a slip on ? It sounds like they are referring to a bolt on - in which longer Magride studs will stick out through the spacers not allowing the wheel to sit flat on the spacerl

OP I think is referring to a longer hub lip that wheel hub cylindrical surface mates to.

It doesn't say if its slip on, but I'm 99% it is. I'm worried since in Eibach's website there's more than a couple reviews compaining fittment issues on the fronts. While again, it doesn't make any sense if it's slip on, I'll write to them.

OP: yes, that lip. 15 mm should be fine, I guess the lip is too long for the 12 mm to safely have the lip to mate with the wheel.

PS: I would have to shipe internationally, hence I can't take risks in fitment since I can't return the item.
