Skip the headers if you want to stay NA with an E85 tune. They won't add any noticeable difference.

Obviously going the ESS route will net significant gains, but the OEM cats wont put up with it for long, and you will be doing long tubes out of necessity. Headers with a blower do further improve power output, but adds 3kish to your build if you have to pay someone else to install them.
