Just received an update from Ford Service (Mariel) and they have advised my Stang is currently in transit to the dealer - No ETA.

Now Im curious - does this mean that it's arrived in country or anywhere between flat rock and here?

Alright, I have been trying to be patient and wait for your report.... But can't hold back any longer.

How does she drive.
Where have you been in her do far... Any country runs yet?
What about public feedback, stares, conversation at the pump etc.
what did you use to drive... And how does she compare.
Is it great or awesome.

What's the performance like ( compared with Aussie v8s or turbo sixes)

Hi Glynn, your Mustang rolled off the assembly line on December 29 and is being prepared to board a train from Flat Rock (Michigan) to Baltimore (Maryland). The current estimated transit time from the plant to Australia is around 12 weeks. Expect an email in the coming weeks which will have a link where you can follow the shipping vessel that will carry your Mustang on the seas. All the best, FordService^JS

I paid my $1,000 deposit Jan 15, signed a "proper contract" with Titan Ford for my Deep Impact Blue, fastback, auto GT in October. I got an email from Ford AU on Dec 3rd that my car has been built - but nothing since.

How did you guys find your VIN so you can track it ?

I got my VIN from my dealer, but sadly, entering into the tracking page reveals no knowledge of my car yet.

Yeah, I got that email from Ford Au also. You are in the same predicament. It's not sailed as yet.

Im thinking its highly unlikely that we will make the Talisman (sailing in two days) and then its a wait till the end of the month for a trip on Endurance - not scheduled to arrive Freo till around 8Mar.

Im actually hoping its the latter ship as I will be OS in the States on 27Feb

That' it I give up - no more checking this forum and track and trace. Finally heard back from Ford Service today (Deysha) after sending an email two weeks ago.

Build date: 22/11/2015
Arrived Port: 1/10/2015. Yes that's right two month before build date lol. I'm assuming it's a typo from ford Service and it's supposed to say 1/10/2016 but can't be arsed replying for another two week wait. :(
