Did you work with John Trischler? He sold me a '15 RS3 a while back....great guy!

Tim
I don't remember anyone named John Trischler, but most everyone I interacted with there was extremely nice and professional. Compared to Tom Wood Subaru, people seemed genuinely helpful and nice instead of the facade that I'm used to seeing. The folks at Ray Skillman actually made an effort to remember my wife's name and I'm thinking they've earned more of my business than I was originally thinking of. I'm probably going to take my F250 back there for maintenance and see how well they do.

Nice second choice. I had a similar story. I sold my race car. Ran down to two different dealers. And was told a basically the same story. Which means basically forget about it. For the first year of release. Or pay 30 grand in ADM!

Hey all. So I stumbled my way into the local Ford dealership with all of my "buying new car" necessities with 100% intention of placing a deposit and preorder on a GT500...until the performance manager let me know they already had 50 paid deposits (some going back several YEARS) and their allocation was to be in the single digits.
It sounds like his intention was to sell what he has on the lot and he was successful. I seriously doubt they have 50 deposits "going years back." And if they did, I would never want to deal with a dealer like that since they don't even know how many allocations they have, why on Earth would they take so many deposits knowing they can't possibly fulfill them.

That's entirely possible, but the size of the list was confirmed by others there at the dealership and it honestly wouldn't surprise me to learn that people pay money years in advance just to be on a list to potentially purchase a 'rare' car. We also talked about the pricing and was told that because of the limited number of stock and the demand, the GT500's would likely be sold muuuuuch more than MSRP. It could totally all be salesman bs, it certainly wouldn't be the first time a car salesman has lied to me.

I've bought 2 S550's from them. Good dealer.

I love a good Roush! Especially in that color.

If you’re not into modding a car from the ground up, that car is perfect. It comes loaded with almost everything you’d want on a Mustang.

Enjoy...!! I went a slightly different route in my quest for Roush/HP and I could not drop 60 or what have you anyway, but your selection looks awesome. Roush has been pretty good tech support wise should you ever have questions. That is a great looking car and HP + warranty + great dealer is a wonderful thing...
