Solution for hood lifting at higher speed

While my R wasnt as bad as my GT350, it still did it. Installing redline racing hood props actually helped significantly. My guess is that they just put more stability into the equation and it helps reduce the buffeting. I'll wait to hear feedback before ordering there plastic pieces. Maybe its the winning combo

I have the Redline struts installed, and they have helped for sure. I think (I hope) with the addition of the weather strips it will almost eliminate the issue. I will be testing it at the track (top speed at a one half mile straightway is about 140mph) in Oct. I'll post my feedback then.

Results are in, 90% better with the combination of Redline struts, adjusting to low the right and left hood stoppers, and the Ford weather strips . You can see the lack of movement of the hood in the video from the track day over the weekend 140mph +. :)
