Solo Performance GT exhaust systems review - updated with photos/videos

I installed the axle back on my new 2016 gt (w/ Performance Pack) and am absolutely thrilled with the sound. It's throaty above 2.5k rpms and screams to redline, with absolutely no drone and the ability to drive quietly if necessary.

I had the fr500s on my 2010 gt and loved that, too. After getting a camaro SS I went with the solo and considering there was nothing comparable to the fr500s on the 2016, it was a very easy choice.

For anyone that has Solo Mach-XV and headers. How does this compare volume wise to Solo Mach Thunder without headers?

I'm considering adding headers to my Solo Mach-XV but I really don't want my exhaust that much louder than it is now. Pretty perfect sounding as is.

Curious as well. I helped a friend install the thunder and I was surprised at how close it was to the XV. The XV is clearly broken in, but the idle of both seemed pretty close, especially after the thunder goes through break-in. The slight difference I noticed was in heavy throttle.

I am guessing that the headers on XV would be slightly louder than Thunder alone. Again, just guessing
