No Limp

No limp mode here, street only. 4,000 miles now with forscan trans temp reading activated, have never seen above 199. I will say that it keeps slowly climbing so if I drove for hours in heat it probably could hit limp mode. Have never driven longer than 1 hour at a time.

I'm pretty sure this lawsuit will be settled off court. $$$$ Case closed, we'll never hear anything official from both Ford and the law firm.

Id tell people to take them in, and keep taking them in till they got fixed or lemoned. Limp on the street is not acceptable.

This is my first Ford I bear no allegiance to them or any corporation
As people have been saying it isn't always that easy.

Something tells me from your post history in this thread you would be saying more than just this.

Edit: I don't disagree with your post by the way. If mine goes limp on the street it is staying at the dealer until something is resolved.

 I'll let you have it, I hope my fighting days are behind me.

I say we settle it by drinking a bunch of Canadian  while watching the SC playoffs. :D

Oh look they are suing tesla also.

From their site.
Own a 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang that is a Base or Tech package model?
A vehicle defect is causing your premium track car to overheat and go into limp mode. You may be entitled to reimbursement.

Perfectly phrased:) Are you a victim? Sure you are! help us get paid maybe you will get meal out of it :D

I have been quiet on this but I knew after talking with several others that hit limp last year this wasn't going to go away like some folks did. There is a vast world outside of this web site and there are a lot more folks that have had issues. I personally know of several that went to their dealer and were told "working as intended" contacted Ford Service and got crickets.

Yes, One in particular was a forum member, I think he dumped his, and I forget if he eventually went for a 2017. I don't see him on anymore so I'm betting he just jumped the Ford ship. His dealer didn't even want the car back, told him it was a flower pot. It just looked pretty. We had a very impassioned phone call last year.

I would have dumped mine but I do like the car, I just watch my temps and will change my fluid every year in hopes the transmission doesn't grenade.
