Looks great, can't wait to see the glamour shots.

Talk about making lemons into lemonade, that is the first attempt at painted stripes versus this. Wow.

So cool. The graphic shouts it out, as it always should have, and has a nostalgic twist as a pure bonus. The guy is a genius and you are one lucky SOB.

Getting put back together. Pete signed off on it. He likes how it has turned out.

Initially I thought that the OTT stripes were going to look outstanding which from what I can tell they are but was not really sure about how the painted side stripes would come out?

Your last picture of the side stripes speaks for themselves and look just incredible with Mr. Brock coming through big time just as he did some ~57 years.

I was skeptical of the letter positioning he chose, but with everything back together......I'm digging it the more I look at it. Makes me wish I had a HEP 🥺

I personally wouldn't do the side stripes to non-heritage GT350's. I feel this only works on the wimbeldon white heritage models. Excellent job!! And leave the GT350 fender badge, looks fine with the new side letter positioning. The fender vent and badge keeps the modern visuals.

I'm going to say this again. The top stripes are absolutely incredible. The depth of the color and the width of the stripe just makes the car look so much meaner. Congrats. The sides I would have done like the original R below but that is irrelevant because the top looks so good. Can't wait to see it in the sun.

The design of the original 60’s fender works. Unfortunately, the current fender profile and size made the graphic small and forced. Pete chose well and scaled it and moved it. It looks phenomenal.

Getting polished and cleaned up. Should be complete by end of day. I plan on heading up Sunday to pick her back up Monday morning and drive back down to California.

Amazing! be sure you pack some track aromor or temporary ppf for your drive!
Ordered some track armor for drive back. Planning on full PPF once enough time has passed based on what painter tells me. Was reading the other PPF thread of whether full PPF is worth it. In this case though I think it is.

Full PPF. Absolutely. All the areas of your new stripes are all high risk areas even before you got the great Mr. Brock involved. While you may think the roof or trunk lid are not high risk, they are horizontal, so they are likely to catch damaging bird poop, acorns falling from trees, etc. And my trunk lid stripes were starting to show the slightest of marks just from rolling up my car cover there. That's when I PPF'd just about the entire car (I already had the nose and rockers done). And remember, the rear of the car gets extremely dirty as you drive due to the vacuum back there. And the black panel between the tail lights scratch SO easily.

For this car: PPF the entire car.

If it's a car you plan to keep for a long time and maybe never get rid of? 100% worth it in my opinion. That's what's on mine.
