Yes this would representative of what I received as well last month. Its definitely "pepper", Especially in sport mode sitting at a stop light.

The 12 volt source is only required on 18+ mustang GT and f150. So if you have a 17 under get the original version.

Is no longer a 15-'17 version. .. on the new one just dont worry bout the wiring up the 12v if you have a '15-'17 model

Installed the latest version on the Pedalmax last night. No need to disconnect the battery or install the 12V connection. Unplug, plug, plug and secure...a no-brainer (mine is a '16). Used the 60% option first, just for reference. Then unpluged the pin for 100%. Definitely a difference in throttle response. Having to learn the new heal-toe throttle input requirement. Not sure if it's worth $300...YOLO. IMHO, the new throttle response should have come like this from the factory.

Yes I really enjoy the upgraded throttle response but would parallel the thought that this is not a $300.00 part, or even a $200.00 part.

I was gonna tune when my warranty expired but then this whole darn big a/c issue hanging over the s550's scared me into buying the extended warranty..Im sure a tune is greater option but I've had a few of these throttle response devices installed and have experienced good results from both..I can say while the Pedalmax was out of the car a bit of the driving enjoyment experience was gone..especially the ease at which I could break the tires loose..no longer had to fumble with the traction knob.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I was just reading about the 12V connection for 2018+. Does that mean I can't use my old PedalMax that I had in my 2015 in this new '19?
