Cool car. But im curious why they would need to build a test car for the 2022 model year...tooling tryout , made before preproduction PP cars …. I’ve only found one other , it’s also a 22 model #TT032

Good point. You would think all the TT cars would have been 15's. After all its the same body shell. I could see maybe a few TT's for 18 because of the new front clip, but the rest of the body is the same.Cool car. But im curious why they would need to build a test car for the 2022 model year...
Probably cyber metallic orange or to see how many burnouts it could doCool car. But im curious why they would need to build a test car for the 2022 model year...

More cyber pics please!
I think even when they come out with a new bumper or anything changes the car that they have to crash test them but also have to make sure it looks right and go together right …. They supposedly run the pp or tt cars down a smaller line to better control things but there’s a few spots you can look on mine and see things were done by hand if you pay attention to detailGood point. Exactly what I was thinking. I can understand a 2021 test car, but not a 2022. Not to poop on the guys car, just curious why ford did that. But why a 22? Literally the only change from a 21 mach 1 to a 22 mach 1 was the addition of the carbon trap in the cold air intake.

I also asked them about the heated and cooled seats that were shown on the window stickerCyber metallic orange was different
Why would they be removed from a car with 204 miles???I also asked them about the heated and cooled seats that were shown on the window sticker
I think he meant mechanically different lol. I don't think a color change would necessitate building a test car. Perhaps it was a promotional thing.Cyber metallic orange was different
Doubtful they were ever removed. Maybe the car was originally supposed to be built with them and it was a last minute change. Why would they be removed from a car with 204 miles???
I talked to one of the head engineers for the trucks …he said they’d make tt cars for new colors and because it passed the crash test in the previous year they could release them but didn’t have much extra info … it’s realI think he meant mechanically different lol.
