No worries thanks for the pics. Those are some chunky tires.

I'll be unable to test the tire at the track until end of July/early August. WIll be tied up with things until then. I believe you will need a small spacer to run a 285/35/18 squared. But I'll confirm.I'm curious to see how you like the rs4 in that size. Looking to get some tires next week and that's top of my list. Do you need spacers to run the 285/35/18? I'm still stock PP suspension.
With the EC-7, I would imagine you would need at least a 1/4" spacer up front to run a 285 street tire. I believe you need a 1/2" spacer to run a 305/30/18 NT01 up front on the 18x10 EC7.285/40/18 Continental DW required spacers up front with 18x10 EC-7.
Tanks for sharing. We look forward to seeing the final results! It looks like you can get away with as little as 5mm spacers up frontThanks for the info guys. Ape EC-7 18x10 wheels came today and I pulled the trigger on the 285/35 RS4s. Ordered 15mm spacers and waiting for them to arrive. For kicks bolted the wheels and tires up. REALLY close, about 3mm of clearance between strut and tire without spacers on totally stock suspension.
Certainly! Our 19" lineup will have both staggered and square fitment options for the S550 Mustang. The APEX EC-7 19x10" ET40 will be a very effective square fitment for enthusiasts looking to maximize performance with the ability to rotate while significantly reducing rotational mass. Will APEX have any 19" wheels for regular S550's? I like to see a square 19x10 fitment for my Ecoboost...
ApexRaceParts I tried PM'ing you in regards to ordering set of 18x10 but the message was unable to be sent. Would you mind PM'ing me so that I can order and arrange payment? thanks!
You both have PM's :cheers:Whats the deal with the 19" group buy, where would I get prices for options! Got me excited!
Keen to see some more pics when you get a chance. I've just ordered the same sizes but going to try a 295/35. How much clearance is there with the 5mm spacer when running the 285/35?Got the EC-7 18x10, 285/35/18 RS4 setup figured out on my 2016 GT PP with completely stock suspension. 5mm spacer and longer studs looks like it will work just fine for track duty. Ill get some better pics this weekend.
Without spacer the tires were very close to the strut. The little tire hairs are touching. It's around 3mm of clearance. This is all on a 2016 GT PP with completely stock suspension.Keen to see some more pics when you get a chance. I've just ordered the same sizes but going to try a 295/35.
