Number sticker in the windshield

Hi there, sorry for the ignorant question. I have received feedback from my sales guy on every sticker/plastic piece that came from factory and what it meant. The only thing he didn't know was what the sticker on the windshield means. Can anyone here provide insight, I imagine it's insignificant but have saved every single sticker/plastic wrap etc that came with the car and was curious as to what the "19" white sticker means.

That's the Inspector sticker. The QA that inspected your car is number 19. Like the inspected by sticker that in your pair of new underwear LOL

You may be right, my car was moved up a week and scheduled to be built the week of 11/18, my car was in Gibson, Indiana on 12/19 (delivered 12/31).
