No power or data on USB ports

But before that, check it's not just the fuse. I had the same problem once; screen worked fine, but no power at either usb port.

I took it out and all plugs are good and the light is illuminating.. Funny though, there is a small something rattling inside when I shake it, like a small piece of plastic or metal. Then I see the label "Scrap if dropped". I'll bet this thing is fragile and whatever is rattling around in there broke. Amazon arrives today, will try it and report back my results. Pic of label

Please do! I get the intermittent issue with mine, which is annoying as hell. It works eventually, but the random cutouts at startup is getting old. It's still under full warranty though, but I did to the unofficial 3.4 Sync update so I'm worried they'll try to claim that's why (it's been like this since I bought it though, so it's definitely not that causing it).

The fuse for the USB hub is on the interior fuse box. I believe it's fuse 32, 10 amp. The manual should have the location info as well.

Thanks. The manual said slot 32 is for all:
Remote keyless entry.
Multi-function display.
SYNC.
Global positioning system module.
Gauges.

These are all working fine, so I have deduced, it is the port.

Glad it all worked out! If my intermittent issues get worse, I'll probably do the same. Right now it's about 25% of the time.
