More power =/= more fun, especially once you're over ~400 Hp. It just means you're spending more money. If the stoplight grand prix is your thing, then Tesla it is. But, honestly, could there be a more meaningless performance metric?

I'm not sure what your reply means.

I'm not saying it can't be done. I'm saying it's very hard to do. If you've done it then you have my respect. Curious tho, what is your setup?

The other thing is that those Teslas are stock, can hold 4 adults comfortably, can store luggage, have cool features and options, etc. It takes a lot of mods and awesome conditions to beat them. And that's just in good weather. They're fast in rain and cold. Not that anyone should be trying to race in those conditions. Still it would be cool to have something that is fast like that and have all those capabilities in different conditions.

The biggest issue with them is handling tho. But it's only a matter of time before even that is improved.
