One clear thing is it is definitely easier to get there with an Auto. I love stick, and bought an auto this time strictly based on it being the faster option. Not to mention less expensive upgrades are needed to accommodate the auto. It's not like back when we were kids (most of us) and stick was the faster option. Those days are long gone.

broke the torsen diff

What did you replace it with? Another torsen with the 3.31s or did you swap something else in?
