Well, I take back my “and I think 5th Gen” since I didn’t look that Gen up. But I know for a fact the 6th Gen was made in Michigan.

Gotta think the SS 1LE you saw beat a ZL1 was driver related or the ZL1 was on an inferior tire. The 6th Gen ZL1 has the same suspension setup (tuned for the slightly more weight), wheel/tire size, bigger brakes, slightly better aero, and a lot more power than an SS 1LE.

Yes it was a better driver in the SS 1LE. But the ZL1 driver was no beginner. It just puts things into perspective that power isn't everything!
