Yes, thank you!The BAMA tuner comes with 2 tunes, Performance tune V2 and Race tune V2. I'm guessing you are using one of these on your mustang. Since MMR intake does not need a tune (so, you can treat it as same as the stock intake, kind of...), you can use either one of V2 tune without any modifications with MMR intake. Hope I explained well...
You can just change the intake to MMR one from the stock with no problem.
