I saw this but which part is with the resonator. if the borla resonator with long tubes is still older than atak by itself but mellows out the rasp I will be all for it.

What OR headers did you get? I have the 3 in Borla ATAKS as well and am undecided. Been looking at the Borla headers

Gotcha. I've been leaning towards the Borla headers to avoid any distortions that other brand headers might add. They sound great on the Borlas comparison video when paired with the 3 in s-type and ATAKs. But then again it's just a video and you don't hear all the nuances

Yes, they work. I did it to fix my rasp with the Roush mufflers. Took it all away.

ive been working on finding the best sound i like for my mustang, i put kook long tubes and started with an x pipe, i tried two of our mufflers and one was way to loud ( i liked the sound just knew it could get to many cops attention) the other one was a lil to quiet so we made a new muffler and that worked perfect for me, then i tried an h pipe with the same muffler. i really prefer the h pipe, took a lil of the raspy sound out but still a lil raspy, but gave it a more deep grunt sound. i would go with an h pipe.

To me that sounds perfect. I have the FRPP Touring catback now and really like it because it seems like you can "control" the volume depending on your surrounds. I also only drive my car when the weather permits me to have the top down so even a milder system seems a little louder.
Do your headers cause any drone with this system?

I think its perfect, silent when I want to be and screams when I get on it. Zero drone.
