Still waiting on my owners kit (the signed picture was with the car). Have very many people received theirs yet? I purchased my car in mid November.

I'm curious I know that only 2 of the 4 that I have sold had pictures, and none of them have received anything else yet.

A lot of the pictures were discarded by accident. It is in a plain white envelope, and when you open it, it looks empty (because the picture side of the document is facing the outside of the envelope and it is an optical illusion).

interesting. That is EXACTLY the same picture that I have. Looks like they took only one picture then had them signed by different people.

YES I have received my 50th anniversary package.

Hey gang. I got my car in December and received my 50th kit about 3 months later. It is really cool. comes with a backup phone battery that has a mustang and is the same color as your car and a couple of other things including advertisements for the 50th anniversary sill plates with an incorrect phone number on it. Took me about 90 days to get my anniversary package. It's VERY cool! I have posted some pics of the stuff inside of them.

You're right but the book cover is different

I have a strong feeling it is this book as it is said to be authored by Donald Farr

This book was also included in the 50 Years Mustang Welcome Kits for the 4/17/14 event.

I am wondering if some of our other "goodies" will be items from that package too.

I posted a pic. You get an actual COA for your car. The book with special book cover, phone battery (Micro a bus) a couple of sales brochures for Sill plates and a special $499 picture. WANT the sill plates. and a nice letter from Mr. Ford.

The sales and finance people had no idea what I was talking about. It's hard for me to understand the lack of forethought the delivery person had when they ripped the covers off and discarded them. Or did they? :frusty:

Yeah, I've seen a couple of those covers come up for sale on craigslist. One they wanted $500 for it. I did offer them $100 but they said no.
