And the S197 V6 cars had a weaker DS so I assumed these cars did too, didn't really care much to look it up since I never considered buying one. That's awesome though, tune it and have some fun I guess.

I already new the driveshaft thing was a urban legend, LOL, but the GT's are limited as well so I dont feel totally like crap, they get a whopping 22mph more

So what your saying is with the 18" Goodyears and limit of the GT we can safety run up to 145 mph. The only stretch of road I know you can run that kind of speed is west of Vero Beach on the Florida Turnpike about 4 miles long of stright road. Several years back when I worked in the Gulf of Mexico I'd run the turnpike early in the morning and run my Crossfire up to 160 mph I ran Goodyears 18"X9.5" front & 19"X 10" in the back Z rated.

Yes, as long as you have the 18 inch rims then you can do the same speeds as the gt
